Tsuro:
What's the Dragon card for?
The Dragon tile is simply a marker to identify the player that draws first once the draw pile has been depleted. Thus, if a player tries to draw a path tile and cannot do so because the draw pile is empty then he or she takes the Dragon tile instead. When the draw pile is replenished later in the game, the first player to draw a tile will be the player with the Dragon tile instead of the active player. That player then sets aside the Dragon tile and the player to his left immediately draws the next tile from the newly replenished draw pile if his hand is under three tiles. Each player continues in the same manner until the draw pile is once again depleted or each player has drawn up to three tiles. The Dragon tile will pass to the next player that is unable to draw from the replenished draw pile.
GotEm!:
In Bright GotEm! can I move my pawn to the center white square?
Yes. The center white square has a distinct disadvantage compared to the other squares on the board. It is the only square that is tangent to all 4 colors. Beware!
In Brainy GotEm! is the outside edge considered a wall for movement?
Yes. The edges of the board count as walls for trapping a pawn as well as movement.
Product Availability:
I can't find Tsuro, how come? Is it out of print?
No, Tsuro is not out of print. That said we did have an unforeseen delay in the reprint. Tsuro has just recently been received at distribution and will be finding its way to your favorite local game retailer very soon!
I've been hearing a lot about Ugh! and Double Double Dominoes when will they be available?
Both products are slated for mid Fall. We will update this FAQ when more information is available.

Does Calliope share their customer list?
No. We consider your contact information private and do not sell or share the contact information you provide us And we wont call you at dinner time either : )

What payment types will you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Please Email CustomerService_CalliopeGames.com with your order number and contact info. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and no charges will be assessed. However, if your order has shipped please refuse it knowing that your card will be charged for all shipping charges to include a 15% restocking fee.
What if Id like to return my order?
Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for all shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee.
Please Email CustomerService_CalliopeGames.com and request an RA# (return authorization number). Shipments without a RA# will be refused.
What if there is a mistake with my order?
Please accept our apologies. We are human, and will make mistakes from time to time. If your order is incorrect please Email CustomerService_CalliopeGames.com with your order number right away and we will correct the mistake immediately. We must be notified within 10 days of receipt of goods.
What do I do if my merchandise is damaged in shipping?
If the outside of the box is damaged simply refuse the order and state why with the shipper. We will automatically send out a replacement. If you opened the box and then noticed the damage, please Email CustomerService_CalliopeGames.com with your order number and we will assist you in the replacement of your order.
What if the product is defective?
If you received a defective product, please accept our apologies. All Calliope products come with a full 30 day warranty against product defects.

Shipping:
What shippers does Calliope use?
Typically products will ship UPS ground. We have been known to use USPS Priority Mail and FedEx ground on occasion.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once payment has cleared, most orders are received between 7-10 working days.

Arent you the manufacture? Why can I find Calliope products cheaper elsewhere?
Yes, we are the manufacture of our games. Different retailers utilize different pricing strategies. At Calliope games we recommend that retailers offer our goods at a Keystone price. Its a healthy way of doing business and will insure your favorite retailer will be there to service you again next year. The prices on the Calliope Games website reflect what a Keystone price should be on our products.

All of our products are offered at Net prices.
